"Probably won’t order from here again"
I gave them a try once because I needed a quick replacement and figured it would be fine. The order ended up taking way longer to ship than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really helpful. I remember checking the tracking while making coffee one morning and it still hadn’t moved. Not the worst experience ever, but enough that I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not sure it really did anything for me"
I took this supplement for about a month, and I mean, I followed the directions and didn’t skip any days, but I didn’t notice a difference. It kind of just felt like I was taking nothing. Maybe it works better for other people, I’m not sure, but for me it ended up feeling like a waste of money

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was simple enough to navigate, and the pages loaded without any issues for me. Checkout took me a little minute to figure out, but it went through fine in the end. I think most customers would find it straightforward overall.

"Helpful info, just needed a little extra checking"
The product info was easy to find, which I appreciated, and most of it was clear enough to help me feel comfortable moving forward. I did have to double-check a few details because not everything was spelled out as clearly as I would’ve liked. But overall, it made the decision process simple and saved me from having to dig around too much.

"I don’t know if it was just me..."
I don’t know if it was just me or something in the formula, but I tried this supplement for a few days and it really didn’t agree with me. I started feeling nauseous, had stomach cramps, and there was this weird jittery feeling that I wasn’t expecting.

Maybe it works fine for other people, and I’m not sure if I reacted to a specific ingredient or what, but I had to stop taking it. I just couldn’t justify feeling awful every day, and I wish the possible side effects had been made a little clearer.

"At least the billing was actually correct"
With how many companies mess up charges these days, I was fully expecting some random fee to show up. But thankfully, the bill matched what it was supposed to be and there weren’t any weird charges. Kind of sad that this feels like a win, but here we are.

"Maybe It’s Just Me, But I Didn’t Notice Much"
I tried medixselect hoping it might make a noticeable difference with some of my health issues, but maybe it’s just me, I didn’t feel much of a change after using it for a while. The ordering process was totally fine and I didn’t have any problems with that, but the results just weren’t what I was expecting. It might work better for other people, but for me it was kind of disappointing

"Got a fast reply, thankfully"
Support got back to me quickly and helped fix the little issue I was having. I was a bit annoyed because I kept running into the same problem, and it’s frustrating when small things keep slowing you down, but at least they answered fast and sorted it out

"Order was mostly right, but I expected some kind of make-good"
My order from medixselect.com showed up on time, which I appreciated, and most of it was exactly what I ordered. The only issue was that one item wasn’t the one I picked. It wasn’t the end of the world since everything else was fine, but it was still frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I would’ve liked. i was expecting some kind of compensation or at least a small credit for the mix-up. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d definitely recommend double-checking your order once it ships.

"Delivery’s Been Reliable"
My orders from Medix Select have been showing up right around when they said they would, which is nice. The tracking updates are clear enough, and nothing has just sat there for days making me wonder what’s going on. I’m totally calm about deliveries, of course, but it is a relief not having to chase anything down. So far, it’s been smooth

"Checkout felt frustrating and impersonal"
Checking out was way more annoying than it needed to be. My cart kept refreshing, and at one point my promo code vanished, so I had to go back and enter things again. The payment eventually went through, but I wasn’t even sure the order had placed until the confirmation email showed up later. It all felt kind of clunky, and there was that weird feeling like no real person was behind the process if something went wrong.

"Customer service replies, but don’t expect much help"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking they’ll get quick or clear help from customer service here. They did respond to me, and they weren’t rude or anything, but the replies didn’t really answer my question. I had to ask the same thing more than once, and even after that I still felt confused. It was frustrating because technically they were communicating, but nothing was actually getting resolved.

"Subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I ordered from medixselect the product itself was fine. Nothing life-changing, but it did what it was supposed to do. The subscription situation though? Somehow that became a whole dramatic side quest I did not sign up for.

I just wanted to change or cancel the subscription from my account, and it was not obvious at all. I clicked around like I was trying to solve a treasure map, got frustrated, and ended up having to contact support. It took longer than I expected, which made it feel ten times more annoying than it probably needed to be.
To be fair, support did eventually help me, so it’s not like everything was a disaster. But for something that should be super simple, it felt like way too much effort. I’m not furious for life or anything, but I’m probably not subscribing again.

"Shipping took forever"
I wasn’t expecting my order to take that long to show up. The tracking updates didn’t really tell me much, so I was just waiting around with no clear idea of when it would arrive. It kind of felt like being stuck in a long queue, just waiting and waiting with no progress. I probably wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something quickly.
